Thank you for choosing anotherdreamedu.com for your learning needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Eligible courses purchased through AnotherDream Education can be refunded within 30 days, as long as the request adheres to the terms outlined in our refund policy.
Please note that some restrictions may apply, and certain purchases may only qualify for credit refunds. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A notable amount of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
- Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
- Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
- We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information).
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been completed, and no course completion certificate should have been issued.
Exceptions:
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for any course that has been completed, or if a course completion certificate has been issued.
How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, please send an email to support@anotherdreamedu.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name]”.
- In your email, include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the name of the course, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Allow 7 business days for our support team to process your request.
Refund Process:
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Course Modifications or Cancellations:
- In rare circumstances, anotherdreamedu.com may need to modify or cancel a course. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and suitable alternatives or refunds will be provided.
