If you publish a course on the AnotherDream Education platform, you are required to agree to the Instructor Terms. Details about how we process personal data of our students and instructors can be found in our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing AnotherDream Education through your employer’s learning and development program, please refer to our Business Privacy Statement. The Instructor Terms, Privacy Policy, and other policies relevant to your use of our Services are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

SECTION 1 – Account

To engage in most activities on our platform, you’ll need to create an account. Safeguard your password, as you’re accountable for all actions taken under your account. If you believe your account is being accessed by someone else, please inform our Support Team immediately. Users must meet the minimum age requirement for online services as determined by their country to access AnotherDream Education.

To engage in most activities on our platform, including purchasing content, accessing materials, or submitting content for publication, you must create an account. When setting up and managing your account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, and keep this information up to date.

You are fully responsible for your account and any actions taken under it. This includes liability for any harm or damages caused to others or our platform by unauthorized use of your account. To protect your account, keep your password secure and confidential.

Accounts cannot be transferred to others, nor are you allowed to use someone else’s account. If you request access to an account, we will only grant it if you can provide sufficient proof of ownership. In the event of a user’s death, their account will be permanently closed.

Sharing your login credentials with others is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. The platform will not mediate disputes involving shared account credentials between users.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or detect a potential security breach, notify our Support Team immediately. We may ask for verification to confirm your identity and ownership of the account.

To create an account and use our services, users must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 but meet the minimum age of consent for online services in your region (e.g., 13 in the U.S. or 16 in Ireland), you may access the platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who creates and manages the account.

Users below the age of consent for online services are not permitted to create an account or use the platform, even with parental or guardian consent. Any accounts found to violate this rule will be terminated.

Instructors may be required to verify their identity before being authorized to publish content, as outlined in the Instructor Terms.

You can close your account at any time by following the instructions provided on our platform. Refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how account termination affects your data.

SECTION 2 – Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access

Under our Instructor Terms, instructors who publish content on our platform grant us a license to sublicense their content to students. This means we are authorized to provide enrolled students with access to the content. As a student, when you enroll in a course or other material, whether free or paid, you receive a license to view the content through our platform and services. This content is licensed, not sold, to you, and the license does not grant you the right to resell, share, or distribute the content in any form, including sharing login details or illegally downloading and redistributing it.

Legally, as a student, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content you have paid for, strictly for your personal, non-commercial, educational use. This license is subject to these Terms and any specific restrictions associated with the content or our platform’s features.

Students generally receive lifetime access to the course content they enroll in. However, we reserve the right to revoke access if required by legal or policy obligations, such as in cases of copyright infringement or violations of our Trust & Safety Guidelines. This lifetime access does not apply to content obtained through subscription plans or to additional features associated with the course, such as teaching assistance or Q&A services, which instructors may discontinue at any time. To clarify, lifetime access pertains only to the course content, not the instructor’s ongoing involvement

Instructors are not permitted to grant licenses to their content directly to students. Any such attempt is considered invalid and a violation of these Terms.

Unless you receive explicit written permission from us, you are prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, redistributing, transmitting, selling, broadcasting, or renting the content.
  • Modifying, adapting, editing, or creating derivative works of the content.
  • Sublicensing, assigning, or transferring the content in any manner.
This restriction also applies to any content accessed via our APIs.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 – Payments, Credits, and Refunds

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with your content, AnotherDream Education offers a 30-day refund or credit for most content purchases.

The pricing of content on our platform is established in accordance with the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy. Due to differences in mobile platform providers’ pricing systems and policies regarding sales and promotions, the price of content on our website may differ from the price displayed on our mobile or TV applications.

We periodically offer promotions and sales, during which certain content is available at discounted rates for a limited time. The applicable price for content is the one displayed at the time of purchase (during checkout). Note that the price of specific content may vary for registered users versus non-registered users, as some promotions are exclusively available to new users.

By purchasing content on our platform, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your debit or credit card, or process other available payment methods (such as Boleto, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallets). We partner with payment service providers to offer convenient payment options tailored to your location while ensuring the security of your payment information. In some cases, your payment methods may be updated using details provided by our payment service providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

When completing a purchase, you agree not to use invalid or unauthorized payment methods. If your payment method fails but you still gain access to the content, you are required to settle the corresponding fees within 30 days of receiving a notification from us. We reserve the right to revoke access to any content for which payment has not been properly received.

If the content you purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds do not apply to Subscription Plan purchases. We reserve the right to issue refunds either as credits to your account or to your original payment method, depending on factors such as the capabilities of our payment providers, the platform used to make the purchase (website, mobile, or TV app), and other considerations. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period will not be honored, except in cases where the purchased content is disabled for legal or policy reasons. In such cases, you may qualify for a refund beyond the 30-day limit. Additionally, refunds beyond this period may be issued at our discretion in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

To initiate a refund, please follow the steps outlined here. Instructors acknowledge, under the Instructor Terms, that students have the right to request these refunds.

If we issue refund credits, they will be automatically applied to your next purchase on our website but cannot be used for purchases made through our mobile or TV applications. Refund credits may have an expiration date and do not carry any cash value, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that you are misusing our refund policy. Examples of misuse include consuming a substantial portion of the content before requesting a refund or repeatedly requesting refunds for the same content. In such cases, we may:

  • Deny your refund request.
  • Restrict you from receiving future refunds.
  • Ban your account.
  • Limit your future use of our services.

If your account is banned or access to content is revoked due to a violation of these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines, you are not eligible for a refund. For additional details, refer to our refund policy here.

Content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or objectionable (e.g., impersonation) may also be removed. We comply with copyright laws—please see our Intellectual Property Policy for details.

Enforcement and Account Termination

We reserve the right to enforce these Terms and our Trust & Safety Guidelines at our discretion. This may include restricting or terminating your use of the platform or banning your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons such as:

  • Violating these Terms.

  • Submitting fraudulent chargeback requests.
  • Law enforcement or government requests.
  • Extended inactivity.

By submitting your content, you allow AnotherDream Education to use and share it without relinquishing your ownership rights. • Modify, adapt, or edit your content as needed.
  • Promote your content on any platform or media.

This includes sharing your content with third-party partners for syndication, broadcast, or marketing purposes.

You waive any rights to privacy, publicity, or similar protections related to these uses, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Additionally, you confirm that you possess the rights, authority, and permissions to grant us this license for any content you upload. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of your content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
